Before making a monetary contribution, please ensure that you comply with the following North Carolina State Campaign Rules and Regulations.
North Carolina law requires political committees to report the name, mailing address, job title, or profession and name of employer or employer’s specific field for each individual whose contribution aggregate is in excess of $50 in an election. Contributions are not tax deductible for Federal income tax purposes. Corporate contributions and contributions from foreign nationals are prohibited. The maximum individual contribution is $4000 per person per election cycle.
